the ancient

The old and historic center of Oviedo, popularly known as El Antiguo, offers visitors the essence and soul of the city. Strolling through its streets is to go through centuries of history through the narrow and winding streets that inspired novelists such as Leopoldo Alas "Clarín". Among so much historical and cultural heritage, the Gothic-style Cathedral stands out, a reference point on the Primitive Way to Santigo and where the relics and jewels of the old Asturian monarchy are housed.

Asturian gastronomy

Savoring Asturias

Great variety, exquisite flavours, tradition, know-how,... If Asturias can boast of something, in addition to its people and its landscape, it is its gastronomy. Come and enjoy dishes that have crossed our borders such as the fabada, the pitu caleya, or the cachopo. None tastes like in Asturias and, even more, if we accompany it with a culín of cider.
